James Abbott is a proud U.S. Army veteran who served as an Infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division during the Gulf War. He brings the discipline, integrity, and commitment to service he learned in the military to every client he works with today.
After completing his military service, James spent 12 years in residential real estate sales in California, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions. He later transitioned into construction, joining Capstone Homes as a superintendent and project manager, where he oversaw custom home builds throughout Flagstaff.
That combination of real estate and construction experience gives James a perspective few Realtors can offer. He understands not only how to help clients buy the right home, but also how that home is built, from the foundation and framing to homesite selection, drainage, construction quality, and the design center upgrades that deliver the best long-term value. He also knows what a realistic construction timeline looks like, because he has managed the building process firsthand.
